Four systems. One accountable partner.
Security integration has a familiar failure: the system is sold on a brochure, designed on site and paid for in change orders. Smartech calls it by its name, “death by change orders”, and builds its work to avoid it: survey first, draw every device, lock the scope in writing, install what was drawn.
One team answers for video, access control, intrusion and intercom, from the first survey to the support call two years later.
