Before inviting a bid, a buyer checks the entity, the paperwork and the references. We send them together, so you do not have to ask for each one.

  1. Public Registry certificateProof the company exists, its incorporation date and officers.
  2. Operating noticeThe licence to operate in Panama.
  3. Tax ID (RUC and DV)The company’s tax identification.
  4. Tax clearanceCurrent with the tax authority, as public tenders require.
  5. PanamaCompra registrationBidder registry for public tenders.
  6. No-debarment certificateIssued by the authority, not by an aggregator.
  7. Project sheetsClient, scope, year, actual status and exact role, with the letter behind it.
  8. Responsible teamName, role, years and projects of each lead.

Is there a cost?

No. The package is sent free of charge to companies evaluating TecnoPower for a project.

Why a work email?

Because the package contains entity and client details: it goes to a company, not to a personal account.
