This policy explains what data Inhoome’s referral program collects on this site, from whom, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect, and from whom.

• From the customer who shares: their name and their account email or phone, only to show them their personal link and credit their months.
• From the friend who asks for a quote: the details they type themselves (name, phone or email, ZIP code), the channel and time they choose, their language and the link code they arrived with.

What we don’t do.

• We don’t ask for or accept anyone else’s contact details: nobody can leave another person’s phone or email.
• We don’t sell or rent personal data.
• We don’t call or text anyone who hasn’t given us consent.

What we use data for.

• Answering the quote the friend asked for, through the channel and at the time they chose.
• Knowing which customer referred them and crediting their month once the friend activates service.
• Meeting legal and accounting obligations.

Calls and messages.

We only contact people who authorized it, through the channel they chose. You can withdraw that authorization at any time by replying STOP to a message, asking during a call or writing to info@inhoome.com.

Analytics and cookies.

This version of the site loads no analytics tools or advertising cookies. If they’re turned on, we’ll say so here and ask for your permission where the law requires it.

How long we keep data.

As long as needed to handle the quote, credit the months and comply with the law period to be confirmed.

Your rights over your data.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to info@inhoome.com. We’ll answer within a reasonable time.

Minors under 18.

The program is meant for people 18 and older.

Changes to this policy.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with its date.
